DIPS ASA is a financially strong company and we are still expanding steadily. We are the dominant player in the Norwegian healthcare sector with the largest customer base in the EPR field. We are the largest supplier of Radiology Information Systems and the second largest supplier of Laboratory Information Systems.
We have group and framework agreements with the health trusts organised under the regional health authorities for South-Eastern Norway, Western Norway and Northern Norway. We also have customers in Denmark and Sweden. Our solutions have gained a reputation for high quality, and we expect the company's high growth rate to continue.
As an organisation, DIPS ASA started in the healthcare sector, and the DIPS-system has been developed through many years of close cooperation with hospitals. Knowledge about healthcare has been very important, enabling us to deliver excellent systems to the market. We have profound expert knowledge and medical professionals - more than 20% of our staff are physicians, nurses and other professional healthcare workers. Within our organisation, we have great expertise in areas such as project management, quality control and implementation and process improvement.
Our head office is in Bodø, and we have branch offices in Oslo, Trondheim and Tromsø. The company has 150 employees in all. DIPS ASA is owned by its employees (60%) and by Nordland county authority, Vest-Agder county authority and Diakonhjemmet Hospital. DIPS ASA is a financially strong company that is experiencing rapid growth.
